I have decided to add some additional security measures to account for malicious bot activity on the site. If you are experiencing or have experienced 429 errors, that is due to those changes rolling in. Everything should settle down within the next 24 hours or sooner.

Seems I’ve fixed the errors and I’m already seeing diminished traffic from ne’er-do-wells.
Scrapers, bots looking for security loopholes, AI with ill intent. Now I can see things other actors that bypassed what I had set up already. The setup is not for the meek and I had to get AI assistance to figure out what went wrong (some of it was my fault, some my host’s), but it is all running smooth. Fingers crossed it stays that way…
