I’m in a break the wheel mood today so this hit.
I’m glad this one resonated with someone. Most of the time we let the world turn around us and I wonder at times if that’s for the best.
Same. I was talking to a friend today about homeostasis, how we sometimes stay stagnant because it feels in balance. To make another choice requires us to feel uncomfortable.
That sums it up better than I can. Humans especially are prone to favoring homeostasis when the reality is everything is ephemeral and changing in spite of our efforts to the contrary.
