ICE = State Sponsored Terrorism

I cannot believe I am posting that another civilian was shot to death this morning in Minneapolis by Border Patrol or ICE. Details are scant at this time and I reject the official DHS account because they have been so willing to lie and manipulate the truth about so many things in the past 18 months.

The current credible account is that the person had a 9mm with two loaded magazines. We do not know if he was acting violently towards anyone or not. We have conceal-carry laws in our city (with permit) — it is not known if he had that permit. DHS officials claim they were conducting a “targeted arrest”, but did not disclose if this person was the subject. In the past, those words have been described to account for detailing and arresting racially profiled people and an excuse for demanding citizenship papers.

It sounds like this might have been around a residual protest carrying over from yesterday where thousands walked the downtown streets in -16°F weather. It was not a protest where permits had been sought (or it evolved into an protest lacking a permit after the shooting this morning).

The white man was 37 years old [and revealed to be a US citizen as I wrote this post]. The not-very-credible Federal government is saying he did not carry any ID. I’ll wait for someone else to tell me that, thank you. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Accounts indicate that he was pinned to the ground [and disarmed by new accounts] and being pepper-sprayed when he was shot multiple times. I have yet to see those videos [I’ve seen one (WARNING: may be upsetting to watch), and it looks fucking damning to me] but, if so… As far as I know, resisting arrest is not punishable by death [especially if six people are kicking and punching you]. If you are pinned and pepper-sprayed, it is hard to believe you are quite enough danger to those holding you down to be murdered for it.

In the past three weeks, we’ve seen multiple atrocities in our city:

  • Using children under 6 years of age as bait. Twice. And then keeping them in “protective custody” afterwards instead of releasing them to their families not part of their current “targeted list”. In most places, we call that kidnapping.
  • A woman shot 3 times because she pissed off someone by trying to drive away after being ordered to drive away by another agent. “Fucking bitch” was what he said immediately after murdering her.
  • A baby almost dying because a family of six happened to drive in the same neighborhood as a flashpoint of ICE activity; an agent tossing flashbangs under the care and tear gas around underage children. The baby quit breathing and needed CPR.
  • A man shot through his door because he saw masked men tussling with someone living with him. They accused him of trying to assault the officer with a snow shovel as justification. The injured person and witnesses deny that account. There were children in that home that could have been killed by a stray bullet aimed at the man who had left the altercation.
  • A man who has been a legal resident since early 1970s had his home invaded by ICE, who refused to let him put on pants and refused to let him get identification, and made him go to their detention facilities in his underwear in near-zero weather. Hours later, he was released when it was determined he was not the rapist they claimed him to be. No one within 2 miles of the home is on any sex-offender registries, and ICE refuses to say who they were targeting.
  • We have these thugs demanding people show proof of citizenship to people because they aren’t white. This includes off-duty police officers of color.

I can go on. This is just a small sample. They are all verified stories via journalists. I don’t use social media anymore, so these are not just sensationalism and rumors.

And the occupiers have the audacity to blame the victims in each and every case.

Welcome to AMERIKA.

I can’t believe my city, known for “Minnesota Nice”, is the target of the infant-in-chief’s retribution tour.

Governor Walz, please activate the National Guard to protect our citizens from these state-sponsored terrorists calling themselves ICE.

According to BBC News “Police say he was a lawful gun owner, and his only known interaction with law enforcement was related to parking tickets” Direct link BBC News – https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/cjd0vl1d9vrt

This is absolutely disgusting behaviour by ICE. It is state sponsored terrorism and there is other way to describe it. 💔

His disconnect from the importance and value of human life is staggering.

“Shocking enough that nothing shocks anymore”, as I heard in a song.

My heart aches for that man’s family.

His family and all of America and anyone who knows the comb-over man personally.

It’s unAmerican. At least the America I was raised to believe in.

I’ve just seen the video on TV, Michael, and it’s horrific. The victim didn’t appear to be acting aggressively, talking to the ‘agents’ and holding a camera. There were about 7 shots, totally inappropriate given that they’d thrown him to the ground and were manhandling him. Now the Nazi in charge of the thugs is up there lying through his teeth trying to justify it. It’s sickening. ‘Highly-trained professionals’? No f*****g way.

Ahh. There’s more video now. I’ve been staying offline because I was getting enraged. What I saw was enough to convince me this was unjustified use of force.

Trump’s Jackboot Gestapo. Bullies with small dicks and big guns playing cowboy. Shame on all the enablers.

Ten shots, I counted on next watch. It’s sickening, an effing KN is up there basically saying this isn’t happening in states where they co-operate with us, ie do as you’re told or else. Fascist traitors.

          They are incapable of shame.

He was a nurse. He went to help a woman they shoved. They wrestled him to the ground, beat him, took his legal gun from his waistband then shot him 10 times. Now sickening lies to try to cover it up. So f****d up. 🤨

Veterans Administration nurse. He was a good person. Another good person in the crossfire that they are smearing.

I think a lot of us are beyond weary of Emperor Donnie. He’s a criminal, as are all of his cronies.

As I read this weeks posts in reverse order, I nod in solidarity. My first impulse with half of the news stories coming out of your great city is to check (hopefully) if it is an Onion story. Praying with fervor and hope for the great communities of Minneapolis, uniting against this horror. The courage and humanity is truly a wonder to behold.

Thank you. As I said in my earlier comment people are not exaggerating or inflating the siege mentality we are suffering. We’re an occupied city now.

If I were an American living in any moderate or left-wing state I would be very concerned. To me (and I may be wide of the mark) it seems as if moderate states are being targeted for daring to disagree with the dictator.
Perhaps Minnesota is viewed as an ‘easy target’. Where next, though – California, New York?
    Stay safe.

They are already in all of those places. The recent surge was because someone thought we were any easy mark, and as collective punishment for not giving our electoral votes to Dotard Don while fielding our governor as the opposition VP candidate. The recent Somali-related fraud (which was making its way through court, as it would under normal times) was the catalyst and pretext for the surge of agents.

Anyone with a brain could have seen adding thousands of heavily armed, undertrained thugs to our city which has always been welcoming of refugees and immigrants was going to cause chaos. The chaos is the intent, as they are looking for an excuse to trigger the Insurrection Act and call in the military to perform illegal actions against citizens of the United States.

This country is already a democracy on life support. We can only hope that someone stands up to the asshats in all levels of the government, from without as well as within, for we are under the gun.

Taking bets on which event the Orange One will trigger first – a World War or a Civil War.
Europe needs to take a strong stance to support what’s left of your democracy.

Instead, they are bending the knee.

It may be both at the same time. Wouldn’t that be wonderful?
