What once felt loss now helps us grow
Some things must fade for light to show…And some sacrifices are in others’ best interests. 🙏
I can’t profess to have walked the same streets as you – although I feel that there are a few that we share – but yes, letting go can be equally the most difficult and most cathartic thing that we do.
Sometimes the right thing to do is not to do what we believe would make us happiest.
Sounds counterintuitive but you’re right.
I beleive a life lived in sacrifice for others’ well being is, in the end, the true path. Sometimes it’s hard to remember, tho-
