unexpected outcomes

mad hare, what drove you
to dodge the night fallen snow
from here to there and back again
all dizzy in your frenzy?

it seems you lost your head
the large crow said, as he
cleaned up the mess of you
left out in the yard behind

Yep. Messy stuff, outside of comfort zones.

You know I love an Alice reference! Feels like this is me right now 🙂

Hopefully you don’t end up headless like my furry little friend.

Could be a fox. Could be an owl. May have been a feral cat. Who knows?

But he was ALL over the neighborhood in the last snowfall a few nights ago, running like his butt was on fire.

Great poem – which works well metaphorically too!
